In addition to a few charges filed by companies and other individuals, the majority of these charges have been filed against the UAW by UAW members for the union's alleged "failure to represent" them. Although the entire charge is public information, certain information has been crossed out as a courtesy to protect the names, addresses and telephone numbers of those individuals workers who have courageously filed these charges against the union.
