INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS (IBEW)
"Scabby the Rat"--Made by a Union-Free Company
Founded in 1891, the IBEW primarily represents construction and maintenance electricians, as well as workers in the power and telephone industries.

After peaking in 1972 with one million members, the IBEW has lost approximately 25% of its members over the last three decades.

Headquartered in Washington, DC., the IBEW is a member-union of the AFL-CIO, paying more than $8 million in 2008 to belong to the federation. 

In the construction industry, the IBEW is active in union salting and is a pioneer in using the (non-union made) "union rat" balloons to protest the use of union-free labor.
